Curiosity first.
Ego never.

From spirits and hauntings to cryptids, UFOs, witchcraft, and the unexplained, nothing is too strange for a thoughtful conversation. We combine intuition, patient observation, and field equipment without forcing a story that is not there.

“This is a no-judgment zone. If you experienced it, we want to hear it.”

The name says it all: people share their experiences, investigators share their methods, and everyone is invited to consider what might exist outside the familiar.

The origin

A lifetime near the unknown.

Shared Paranormal began with real encounters, a drive to investigate, and the belief that extraordinary stories deserve a place to be heard.

The first encounter

As a youngster, David worked as a cemetery caretaker—mowing, trimming, and spending long hours among the stones. His first unexplained encounter happened there. That single experience stayed with him, and from there his interest in the unknown ballooned into a lifelong drive to investigate, listen, and create space for others’ stories.

No judgment. No narrow lane.

Ghosts and spirits are only the beginning. Shared Paranormal welcomes conversations with mediums, investigators, witches, cryptid researchers, UFO witnesses, demonologists, and anyone with a sincere experience to share.

Across states, one purpose

Hi! I’m Maddie. I am Pagan, a practicing witch, and psychic/sensitive and meld the worlds of witchcraft and the paranormal. Along with my own senses and the typical paranormal tools (sb7, recorder, etc) I enjoy using Witchcraft tools such as Tarot, Crystal Grids, and even Spellwork to communicate and interact with spirits. I love experimenting and am constantly looking for new investigation techniques to try out.

My interest in the paranormal began at a fairly young age as I spent much of my childhood in a haunted house where I had my first of many paranormal experiences. I tend to consider myself skeptic and enjoy debunking occurrences just as much as I enjoy capturing evidence.

When I’m not investigating, I can be found taking photos, traveling, and gardening. I love exploring and am always ready for a new adventure!

Colleen Heldenbrand, aka Medium Red, is an evidential psychic medium who resides in Scottsdale, AZ with her partner and three dogs. At the early age of five, she realized she was different from other children. She could see “colors” around people as well as spirits. In fact, she used to have tea parties with her grandfather who had passed away when she was 9 months old. When she told her parents about this, her mom, a devout Catholic, immediately shut her down and told her not to continue. It was through her dad and grandmother (the wife of her grandfather) who encouraged her to continue behind the scenes.

After a lengthy conversation with Amy Bruni of Kindred Spirits, who encouraged her to utilize, branch out and not waste this precious gift, she took a leap of faith. The flood gates started opening after enrolling in a spiritual church and taking classes with well-known local psychic medium Susan Grayson. With this knowledge under her belt, she continued her studies with Cindy Kaza from The Holzer Files and The Dead Files, completing three levels of classes within a year, and is now honing her gift under the mentorship program.

Medium Red offers her services to Cahal Crew Paranormal, Shared Paranormal and McInville Paranormal as their medium, and also does residential investigations to help others experiencing paranormal situations. Cahal Crew has a TV show called Spirit Chasers that can be viewed on Roku on the Paranormal Family Channel — they just wrapped Part 1 of the David Oman house investigation, located three houses down from the Sharon Tate murder house.

Medium Red is also part of many podcasts, including Q2 Paranormal, Scarilicious with Jon Olson, Out of the Box with Bradley Powers, and Within the Cauldron. The podcasts discuss all things paranormal along with mediumship and how they work together. Notably, she has co-hosted with Chrissy Dunham several episodes of Within the Cauldron featuring special guest speakers Chris McKinnell, grandson of Ed & Lorraine Warren, Jimmy Petonito aka “Mr. Haunted,” and Dan Radomski, curator of the Key West Museum where Robert the Doll resides. Episodes can be found on YouTube.

Medium Red joined McInville Paranormal for a new TV show called “Paranormal Unvisited,” which focuses on new locations never seen before by the public, nor investigated. The premise of the show is to tell the stories of the entities that are still attached to the building and to back up her findings through research of birth or death certificates, newspaper articles, etc.

On her own, she has been called to help those who have lost their loved ones and has done hundreds of readings, individually as well as group readings — and her accuracy rate has led to her new key phrase, “Nailed it.” Not only is she able to do readings locally in front of the client, but she is also very capable of doing remote readings as well. Medium Red is excited to help “bridge the gap between the living and the deceased.”

Currently in the works, she is putting together her own podcast called “Nailing It with Medium Red,” where she will talk about some of the more interesting cases she has encountered. It will be historical as well as educational about the different cases she has come across in her career.

Medium Red is available for one-on-one readings, gallery readings, past life regression sessions, and paranormal investigations through her Facebook page Medium Red, or can be reached by email at colleen@mediumredaz.com.

Hi, my name is Keely! I have many passions in life, but first and foremost I am a dog mom to a beautiful German shepherd mix named Dylan! In addition to my love for animals, I also love exploring paranormal sites. I’m new to the paranormal investigation thing, but it’s been an amazing experience — I’m learning a lot about the paranormal world as well as the spiritual side of myself. My paranormal investigation buddy is my fiancé, Jarret. So far my favorite investigation was Villisca, Iowa — it was very active, and in such a historic place you could really feel the passion for the legend. I have always loved the spooky world. I am a published author and have written ghost stories, and I’m also a content creator, because it gives me a way to share the spooky world with everyone. Follow me on Facebook: Keely Christine — and on YouTube and TikTok: TheCuteHistorian.

Technology is a witness, not the whole story.

Static cameras, phones used as EVP recorders, and field instruments give the team more ways to capture an event. But the goal is never to make every flicker look paranormal. The work is to observe, compare, and keep asking better questions.
